Introduction Non Business Buyers.
Buyers have a 14-working-day cooling-off period in which to cancel the contract. This period starts from when the goods are received. It is not necessary to give a reason for cancelling the contract.
We will give you a refund for the full price of any product properly returned by you in accordance with the terms of this returns policy including the original delivery charges but excluding the return costs of returning the product to us.
We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us.
We have created this 14 day returns policy to enable you to return products to us in appropriate circumstances.
None of the below is intended to affect your statatury rights under the Distance Selling Regulations and are offered in addition to those rights
Returns
Where you have no other legal right to return a product and receive a refund or exchange, then you will nonetheless be entitled to return a product to us where:
(a)We receive the returned product within 14 working days following the date of delivery of the product;
(b)The returned product is unused, with any labels still attached, and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new.
c) The cost of any modification/customisation or programming made at your request will not be refundable.
Returns procedure
In order to take advantage of your rights under this returns policy, you must: in the first instance email or write to us for a return number.
Refunds
We will give you a refund for the full price of any product properly returned by you in accordance with the terms of this returns policy including the original delivery charges but excluding the cost of modification/customisation or programming made at your request. Neither will the cost of returning the product to us be refunded.
Warranties.
Two-Way radios carry as a minimum twelve months return to base warranty against manufacturing defects, unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to repair/replace/refund at our discretion. The cost of return to be met by the buyer.
Audio Products (earpieces etc) We are very confident in our products and services. We offer our customers a 14 -Day Money Back Guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our product, you will receive a full refund. We'll gladly refund the purchase price excluding return shipping charges.
Accesories (cases, batteries, aerials etc). Carry at least a six month return to base warranty against manufacturing defects unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to repair/replace/refund at our discretion. The cost of return to be met by the buyer.
